Your reply is an older post but I have a similar issue. I recently moved my iGroove from on location to another and now I have no sound. I have tried the auxillary input and two other iPods (Classic, Nano, and 2nd Generation) but non of them work. The power is working and the iGroove also recharges the iPod but i get no sound. The unit is no longer under warranty but I would love to get some advice on how to fix this. JJ814
