I already talked to him about the problem and he basically said it cost more than what I got invoiced to ship overnight. The fact is I paid $19.48 and got the order got shipped standard. Klipsch's solution was to credit me the difference between standard and overnight, which would be the full $19.48 if standard is free. I would have much rather had overnight shipping than receive a credit. I guess I am just stuck with having to wait a week.

Ordered the Image headphones yesterday morning (pre 9am). I selected overnight shipping so I could have the Image's before I left town. I called Klipsch first thing this morning since I have not received a confirmation that the item had shipped. I did receive an order number confirmation. They told me it shipped standard, because that is what I chose. So, went back to the website and went thru the same process and picked overnight shipping and came up with the same price. 3-day 2-day and standard were all incrementally cheaper. So, now I have to wait mid next week before I get my headphones....bummer. I guess the moral of this story is don't order from klipsch's website if you want anything except standard delivery. Hope the headphones make up for my week of dissapointment.

OK, I just ordered the Image thru Klipsch. Hope to run in them late week or weekend. I'll give my two-cents after a couple of runs.

Thanks for the feedback. Good to hear you're having success with running with the Images. Now, I'll have to make a decision.

In comparing these earphones, I see the customs are over-the-ear which reduce the wire noise while running. Can the Image wires be pulled over the ear also? If anyone could supply me with any links of reviews of either of these earphones in the context of running/exercise I would much appreciate it.
