It appears that I have a similar problem and require a controller as well. I was told by support to try this web site or eBay, honestly I decided to put the speakers I replaced with my Klipsch back on the pc as they still function perfectly. You can contact www.sybesmas.com however the last time we have talked to them they were unable to fix the controllers. You might want to also get EBay for that part. Sorry to hear about your speakers going out. If it makes you feel any better I live in the states and I am having a similar problem problem with static. the first time I called in I was told that my static was not covered under warranty, well the problem became unbearable so I wrote to Klipse.
