  1. Edited: Looks like you guys are trying to do good by your name! Thanks, Amy (this post isn't sarcastic, they are helping out)
  2. You already responded to me. I'll dig it up and find it. You basically told me that this stuff happens and that only negative posts show up on the site. Great support and customer service. Telling me that I'm making a nuisance of myself won't help your company's cause!
  3. Are you gonna tell him he voided the warranty by opening it?? lol
  4. A. No B. No Thanks for buying Klipscjplkjhesch!!!
  5. It's now a paperweight. Good Luck!! Buy Klipsch!!
  6. I took the civil route, did you read my post?? I told you all the prepackaged responses I already received. Paying 25% of the cost of my Ifi to have it repaired, when it is a defective problem is resolve, it's an excuse not to stand behind your product. I have talked with Klipsch service (they had my first ifi for 8months before they gave me a new one) and I've had words with Klipsch's Customer service mastermind Amy Unger. They clearly do not care, but I will make sure to bump all the problem threads.
  7. Hey Amy, what's the new excuse. "We have made wha wha wha units and only wha wha wha have failed." Newsflash- EVERY POST IN THIS FORUM IS ABOUT THEM FAILING. And peope are giving up and letting the threads expire!!!! Like mine. Just to let you know. I'm not letting this go. I'll make this a PR nightmare until you guys FIX THE PROBLEM. And fixing the problem isn't telling me to spend a hundred bucks to fix the same problem I have with my two useless klipsch Ifi's Current useless paperweight ifi. Delete this thread and I'll be back with more IP's, baby!!
  8. Far from a known issue??? The guy at Tweeter said that almost half of the one's he sold have broken!!! 5 out of 10 threads in the forum are about the same issue. I already did email you, you blew me off. That's why I'm complaining on the open forum.
  9. I agree with your position, but it seemed from the email correspondence I had, they were'nt willing to help. They also had my first unit for 8 months before they issued a replacement, then I had it boxed up in my spare bedroom for 3 months. I take it out, it works fine for 2 months, then does the same thing the first one did. I relayed this a Klipsch rep, and she told me in none so many words to "pound sand." This isn't an isolated incident, it's a defect, probably on a whole production run on their product, and they're not owning up to it---and that's upsetting.
  10. Here's your proof. My $400 paperweight. Is there anyways to break down the sub yourself to fix it. Does anyone know the fix, I'll do it myself this time. I'll most likely own up to my work.
  11. Na, no spam here. I've been lurking on here for a while. I couldn't believe the Bad BBB record either, but her goes: http://arkansas.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=59&bbb=0935&firm=4000142 Just sharing so other people don't make the same mistake I did.
  12. Send back to Klipsch for 1/3 of total price of product?? 1st two failed?? Should I just throw it away?? Just compared Klipsch to different electronic companies on the Better Business Bureau, and I looks like I made a bad choice.
