  1. wow so it doesn't look good, the fellow hasn't contacted me so I think I missed[:'(] Oh well I'll keep looking....
  2. Most assuredly all efforts to buy said speakers are in progress right now thanks guys I will let you know how it goes.
  3. I had my heart set on rf-83s but this seems like a great deal . The guy thats selling them hates the harshness. I am assuming he is using a crappy system and doesnt know it, as I have read that rf-7's have a more refined taste in amplifiers and wires. Someone please push me off the fence is this a steal or average?
  4. Well I have been trying to decide what to buy for months and I havent heard anything bad about a conquest yet and after getting to see a REAL picture of a Conquest i could wait a long time to get one....its beautiful *sniffle* Size is really not an issue for me, I like big stuff it will blend in nicely with my rf-83's. I know the epik site is very spartan at best but at thtis price range they probably cant afford much more
  5. Very nice. I think that your little $1100 upa/xpa combo sounds absolutely awesome! I will be keeping my eyes peeled for that.[]
  6. Ah then the xpa's are for me! By the way when will the upa-2 be available and what is the price.
  7. Thats awesome man! Hooray for debt freeness so we can buy more Home theater stuff.I currenlt own two houses and both are for sale and whichever one sells I will be debt free at that point. So now I just have to wait for the market to come back. Hey anyone wanna buy yourself a camp on 17 acres of beautiful Maine woods with a stream and moose and deer and everything? I will cost about the same as some of the theaters in the gallery! lol
  8. Cool man thanks the mps-2 has the monoblock design so i will go with that when i get the cash. Dave ramsey is sitting here on my shoulder lol.
  9. Is there any particular reason not to get the mps-2? It has a supposedly more efficient class h powersupply and its 100 bucks less than the combo of the other two. The only thing you would lose is 50 watts a peice on the front two channels, At 250 rms 200 watts should be plenty much for the rf-83s. Yea these amps do have a pretty mint price range.
  10. Wow freakin wow those are by far the best amps I have seen in my price range youthman thanks a zillion I think I will get those for sure!
  11. Or maybe someone has some suggestions for 1000 and 2000 7 channel amps[]
  12. Hey guys i was wondering if this amp has enough nads to properly run rf-83s I would rather spent $1000 bucks than $1900 on the 7200 but If it ain't worth it let me know.
  13. Hmmm thats just the kind of just the stuff i was wondering, thanks man
  14. is this a waste of time? i am using the sf-1's for my mains right now and i will be way freakin upgrading to rf-83's sometime soon. i was thinking about buying another set of them to complete my 7.1 setup along with the rc-64 center. My primary use is not music but hometheater/movies so timbre matching and all that stuff shouldnt be much of an issue right? I bought this set of mint sf-1s for 130 bucks so that was pretty sweet. Are they a suitable replacement for thers-62's
  15. Thanks for that man. I have an integra dealer about 100 miles from here so I may end up with one as well as it will probably end up being cheaper for me as well. It might be a while before I get one though as money is slightly tight these days. Maybe congress can pass another tax bill soon to relieve me of the rest of my money and redistribute for me.
