Good day! I have been lurking for a day or two and this seems like a great site! I have a couple of questions that I hope you folks can help. I have always been a big fan of Klipsch since the college days. My house mate had a pair of Herresy speakers (sp) that sounded the best I had heard at the time . I have the Klipsch computer spearkers and I purchased a pair of Khorns (I think) at a estate sale a couple of years ago. My questions are about the Khorns. 1st question: are they khorns? P/N 09000711210 Ser# 90674 LS FIN. BLK 2nd: what are these speakers worth? 3rd: The cabinets have seen a lot of moving around and are little beat-up and the black paint is wearing very thin. Do I re-paint or would this loose value? 4th: I would like to incorporate these into a home theater system (or sale to puchase home theater system), is this a bad idea? Thanks for any replies!
