Thanks for the suggestions. The fuse is fine and the solenoids click when I turn the unit on and off. I guess I'll have to send the unit back. I'll talk to "proneida" support first.

It sounds like I am having the same problem as the other posters. My 5.1 system is 18 months old and one day it stopped working. I am able to listen with the headphones setting but no sound comes from the speaker system. Do I have to assume that I need a new system, or are there more tests I can perform?
