My 2 year old Synergy 10" sub makes a high pitch distorted rattle during the heavy base moments of listening. Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem? At first I though it was the table it was sitting under but when I flipped the sub over to further inspect it was clearly coming from the speaker. It sounds like a high pitch rattle if that makes any sense. I am guessing the voice coil may be failing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
