I'm probably going to get an Onkyo TX-SR606. Its manual states a minimum impedance of 6 ohms, so either way the satellites *should* work without burning up the receiver. [] Thanks for the help, guys.

I'm considering reusing my old Promedia 5.1 satellites with an AV receiver but I can't find their impedance listed anywhere. I don't have a receiver picked out yet but the ones I've looked at all require a minimum of 6 to 8 ohms. Anyone know?
