Okay thanks, I'll have a look in the manual. Weird, I always thought Left was the convention for mono connections.

What is the ideal way to connect the mono subwoofer out on my Yamaha receiver to the RW-10d which seems to have stereo inputs? Do I need to get a Y-cable? or can i just get a mono to mono and go just into the Left input of sub? Thanks. Anthony

Other than an increase on my electrical bill, is there any reason why I would need to turn off my subwoofer after every use? I just bought the rw-10d and was curious if this will kill the life on it. Also, i'm a newbie but does one usually listen to music with the sub on too? I have RF-62s as my fronts. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks, Anthony
