I bought the ProMedia 2.1 computer speakers from Dell back in January. Initially they worked for about a month or two. The left speaker was the first to go and now neither one of them work. The only sound comes from the subwoofer. I know it's the speakers themselves because I had the Dell Customer Support Tech check my computer. Is this a common problem? What do I do?
