I got them working, tks for the tip justin! They sound 100% better now

Getting hardly any sound volume out of my rear 2 speakers. Is this normal or something wrong here? They are under a 5 year warranty, but I hate downtime. Tried set to full sound in rear but still same. Messed around with general dummy knobs/settings on my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz control panel to see if that was the issue but it's the same. All 4 speakers only work if I have sound card control set to 6 speaker set up option. The front 2 and sub booms.. meanwhile the back 2 sound like tiny modem speakers or something. Putting my ear up to them reveals that there is a tiny bit of sound there. So tried swaping a speaker from front to back still same..lack any real volume in rear speakers. MP3s sound great btw, tried dvd Gladaitor running Powerdvd and sound quality was fair to poor a lot of white noise or something. Games get a bit of crackle effect also sometimes so id rate that as fair or barely average. Just sucks right now cause I feel I'm only hearing half the capability of the klipsch hardware, literally.
