  1. Hi Amy, have you any news from your contact ? Thanks Florent
  2. @Amy Unger Thanks for your response, I resend the mail in a few minutes. FYI I added your Twitter corporate account on my Twitter account ^^ @expatmatt Merci pour le retour d'expérience avec les mails échangés.
  3. Sorry to bother you again, I've posted here last february and I have no response for my problem since that day. Last March 17th i asked the same questions to the support ( techsupport@klipsch.com) but again i have no response. There is the mail I sent them: Hello, I'm a French customer (sorry for my english). I bought a Custom-3 hearphones in May 2008 from an Ebay American Power Seller with about 50k sales. I'm really fond of your product. Every day on my way to my job, in the subway I listen music with my Custom 3 with a Iriver Clix². It's clearly perfect, speaking of the sound quality and noise isolation. When I leave the sub I put my hearphones in the carrying case. So, the only moment when they aren't in the case is during the subway travel. They are in my jacket pocket. Lately, when I turned on my Iriver Clix² I observed that the sound was very far away, when i came back home I tested it with another hearphone and it was OK, so the problem is not from the player but from the Custom-3. It might be a plug problem Is it normal with my standard use ? What can I do to fix it (send you back the hearphones) ? Thanks for your responses. Best regards Can somebody look at my problem or give me contacts or a way to contact the customer service? Thanks. Best regards, florentM

I also remarked that if I push just a little on the PVC Wireguard (the end of the jack just before the wire) the sound come back to normal but i can't always maintain it like that, it's not the normal way to use it. Is it normal with my use ? What can I do to fix it (contact support or something else) ? Thanks for your responses. Best regards, florentM
