After reading some suggestions from this forum, I have decided to go with the RF-3 and the RC-3 for my main and center. This is my current system: Sony STR-DB940 Pioneer V630 DVD/VCD/CD RF-3's Rc-3 2 Quintets or for my old Boston Acoustic for the surrounds(not sure which yet - suggestions are welcome). I'm trying to saving $$ that's why I didn't get the RS-3's. Now back to the main subject...Any suggestions for what type of quality cables and type of gauges should I use for my speakers? Thanks.

Since I'm on a limited budget, I debating to get the SC-1 over the RC-3 to go with the RF-3's. However, I'm not sure how well it'll work with the RF-3's. Or should I squeeze out the extra $150.00 to go for the RC-3? Is there a big difference between the SC-1 and the RF-3? Any advise is appreciate it! Thanks.

PhilH, Thanks for the response. Luckily I don't have the WAF issue with bass. : ) I have a chance to listen to the SP-1's (liked a lot) at a local store and no avail. to the RF-3. Local dealer wants $1,100/pair for the SP-1 and that's where I have the WAF problem. : ( I'm trying to find a good price for the SP-1's on the net but not much luck. I see more of the RF-3's, but never listen to it before. So, I'm a little hesitant.

I see a lot of posting for the RF-3's. However, I don't see any for the SP-1's. I'm debating which one of these to go for. Can somebody shed some insight/experiences between the two? Thanks
