    I figured it out.. the view is simply hiding anything that hasn't had a post in it for more than 90 days.
     
    Click on the "custom" dropdown at the top of the RTM master forum
     

     
    then select the very bottom filter "time frame"
     

     
    and then "show" all

    no, it's not the content of the links. sometimes the syntax of a statement or link will just cause an issue with the backend database when trying to parse the actual text that's posted.
