Someone told me to try both ways with a low volume and listen for the one with more bass and that would be correct. Maybe someone who has already made their own wires can help.
I figured it was, but I have heard that it has been more and more common to find it is the other way around like how in some of sony's discmans the polarity is reversed. I just don't want to hurt my precious promedias.
I finally decided to make fresh 16-gauge wires for my promedias but I bought soderless plugs because I heard they were less fuss. Just one question on the mono plug which side is pos and neg, the tip or the base?
