  1. I ordered them directly from the Klipsch website. I don't know if I've read that specific guide, but I may have. I'll look at it either way. I know this isn't the standard for Klipsch, which is why I'm hoping there's a helpful return policy. If I ordered them directly from the site, is it possible for me to get a refund? As I stated above, a replacement is of no use to me.
  2. I've been looking for a decent pair of headphones to accompany me on my trip to Singapore- a trip I take in a few days. I discovered the Image s4 line, and it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for: discrete, noise canceling, high quality, and a budget price to top it all off. I read review, compared prices, and decided to buy a pair. Fast forward five days. I received my pair in the mail, anxiously tested them out on my iPod, and was horribly, horribly, disappointed. The highs sound like trash- my two year old stock iPod earbuds blow them away, and that's saying something. Any song I play, no matter what the bitrate (I've tested from 32 to 320), has a heavy crackling with any high or sharp note; snare drums, high vocals, violens, ect. The bass is completely unimpressive, sounding flat and occasionally overpowered, covering up the rest of the song in progress. I've attempted to get a better seal, and after fiddling with the headphones for over two hours and reading two or three guides online, I feel fairly confident in saying it's not the seal. Please tell me these are defective and I can have them returned- I can't imagine that the quality is this bad after all the raving reviews I've read. Also, I've got a warrenty question- can I receive a refund instead of a replacement? I'd have to get the headphones shipped to my new Singapore address, which would probably cost a small fortune. Thanks in advance, James
