I recently purchased the Image S4 earphones from Amazon.co.uk. Upon trying them out, I noticed that the sound was only coming from one earpiece (Left). I made sure that it wasn't just my ears, and I could hear the Left earpiece in my right ear. I also noticed that the wire that goes into the Right earpiece was loose, and could easily be moved up or down (this was not the case in the Left ear).
Is this a common problem and if it is; how can I fix it? If there is no easy/safe solution to the problem, do I return the Image S4 earphones to Amazon.co.uk or to Klipsch?
