a while ago, my klipsch custom 1 started breaking apart. The "Klipsch" logo thing popped off and you could see pink silicon covering the driver armature. i started using tape to hold it, and then the small black tip on the headphones where you connect the ear gel fell off. I think mine is defective. Should i send it in for replacement/repair?
