I have the Quintet III home theater system, purchased just under 3 years ago. One of the surround speakers has stopped working. However, if I turn the audio volume up very loud, the speaker crackles a bit, then begins to work again. As soon as the audio volume is lowered, the speaker once again fails to work. Advice? Thank you.
