custom2er

Hi there, I recently ordered the Klipsch Custom-2's and liked them very much. They are my first IEMs and I really like their warm sound and superior comfort. However, my first pair broke down (the right earphone's plastic element, on which the tip sits, came off while changing tips) a week after I bought them.Thinking this was a faulty pair, I exchanged them for a new pair which seemed to work fine for a few weeks but now, after 3 weeks, the right earphone has gone mute. Fortunately, it is still within the 30 day period so I can return them. However, I really like the custom 2's but I am a little hesitant to order another pair since durability is one of my main concerns. (I ordered them from one of the reputed online dealers: TigerDirect) Has anybody else had a similar experience ? Any Custom-2 owners care to comment on their experience ? Thanks! ps : I used them for about 3-4 hours a day (normal use under normal work conditions)
