  1. ran my kg4s pretty hard last night and started to get a crackle in one of the horns...is this do to overheating or prior damage. if only had them a week.
  2. what do you think about driving them with a 8ohm denon 100 wpc?
  3. on klipsch's site they state the kg4s are 6 ohms but a picture of someone selling them on ebay shows on the back of the speaker that they are 4 ohms..my reciever, denon 2601, is rated at 6 to 8 ohms...anybody know if im going to get a lot of overheating if i connect the 4 ohm kg4s to my reciever?
  4. have a chance to trade my mint rf-25s for a pair of mint kg-4s...need some input...bad.
  5. is there a way to test speakers that are not connected to a source?
  6. i just bought a used pair of rf 25s and after owning a pair of kg 3.5s, tangent 400s, and sf 1s i was i little disheartened at the proformance.am i just not use to reference sound or could these be blown? any way to check if they are blown? Seem to sound better at higher volumes but blow at low volumes. a little help please.
