I'm in need of a new potentiometer for the GAIN(Volume) for my SUB-10. I'm not able to adjust the volume on my sub. It only works from up to a quarter volume and does not work from a quarter up to 3 quarters. No bass is generated with anything inbetween. So the sub has to be on low or high for any bass to come through. Is there an identical part that can be ordered from somewhere online? Can Klipsch provide me a new Audio Potentiometer? Or, do I have to receive an RMA number and send the entire amplifier in for repair? And if this is needed, what is the cost for this kind of repair. I did spend some time researching before asking this question, and I did find someone asking about there SUB-12, but an answer wasn't provided.
