I know this is kinda of a noob question but does your receiver have to be operating at the same OHM's as your speakers?

Hello everyone and happy holidays, Well I just bought 2 brand new rf-52 speakers. I wont be looking to expand anytime in the near future being that I live in apartment. Well I haven't bought the receiver yet and I wanted to get your guys opinion on the below receivers.
