I bought klipsch 500 speakers, yamaha 465 receiver, rocketfish wireless speaker system with 16 guage wires last week.
I have noticed when playing movies on my ps3 blueray that sometimes the rear left speaker makes a crackling static sound when something loud happens in the movie. it only happens on the one speaker and i have rewound the movies to the spot where it happens and it makes the identical noise over and over. is this a problem within the dvd movie itself or should i get rid of the wireless speaker system and put the rear speakers directly into the receiver?
has anyone had a problem with this happening?
also i have my center speaker in the cradle sitting on top of may cable box and have noticed that it rattles sometimes during dialogue like it is blown, but it isn't. i am not sure if it is because the top of the cable box has ventilation holes in it and that is causing it to vibrate. should i mount the center speaker on the wall or put it at the base of my tv?
thanx for your help. dean in seattle.
