I bought these superb S4i headphones on December 05,2009 and on the second week, the plasic part on the plug and the plastic part near the earbud started to tear apart! When it started to split apart I used super glue to mend it so the crack would not enlarge anymore. However, in the beginning of April, I felt that the sound coming from both earbuds were unequal. Sometimes the left earbud will mute and sometimes the right earbud will mute. And also on the second week of purchase, I noticed that when I press the volume down button, it would glitch and turn the volume up two levels. I heard that the Klipsch customer service has an excellent reputation! A Cnet reviewer also commented on http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-12519_7-10435400-49.html. So if I sent my S4i's would Klipsch send a new pair to me?
I'm keeping my finger's crossed for now.
