  1. Thanks for your reply, unfortunately, although I do work with the military, I don't live near any bases with shopping facilities. I have sent a couple of e-mails to Klipsch, thus far, no replies. ------------------ Roger D. Stephenson shadetre@usa.net
  2. I hope someone will be able to help me out on this problem. My KSW-10 Subwoofer has died. I live overseas and have been using a step-down transformer to drop the 240 volt line voltage down to 120. Due to a local problem our line voltage climbed up and the input went to about 139 volts, after living with this for a while the light went out on the SW. Checked the fuze, and verified that indeed power is reaching the input of the transformer inside the SW, but nothing comes out. Ohmed the input windings & found them open. Nothing "appears" damaged inside so I am hoping that a new xfrmr will make things right. I would like to replace the 120 volt xrfmr with a 240 volt but I don't know what output voltages should be there. Can anyone provide the right readings? Or if you know the PN & price for a Klipsch transformer for 240 volt input please send that info too. Thanks. Roger ------------------ Roger D. Stephenson shadetre@usa.net
