i tried everything and the speaker still sounds blown. what's next to do?

i tried turning down the computer volume and that speaker still sounds like it's blown

i tried switching the speakers and the rear right still sounds like its blown. what else is there for me to try?

my right rear speaker is blown. how do I replace it. I never have the music playing loud so I'm wondering if it really is blown. could someone help
