  1. So I had these replaced by Amazon UK, and I've had the new pair for about a week now - And these have developed the SAME PROBLEM. This is unacceptable from such a highly regarded manufacturer and IEM earphones, and shall never be buying these again. SORT IT OUT Klipsch!
  2. So I've woken up today, popped my 3 month old S4s into my (lovely) ears, and the right earphone is cutting out. Appears that the connection inside the earphone itself has become loose, because by wiggling the cable and/or earphone, it will cut in with the music now and again. My reason for posting is that I'm not 100% sure who to contact or how concerning this, and hoped someone on here could give me a hand? As I said, these are only about 3 months old, and I ordered them from Amazon (UK). I read the support page of Klipsch.co.uk and is mentions I should take this up with Amazon rather than themselves... or is it too late for that, and I do in fact have to chat to someone at Klipsch? Does anyone have a phone number I can contact (Uk please) so that I can have a word with someone about getting this sorted? Thanks, C.
