Hi everybody, I'm a french user of the Klipsch Reference series (RF3 + RS3 + RS3 + KSW-12) and I would like to know what are the best settings for this pack, associate with a Denon AVR-3801. Here are my main questions : - Do I have to connect my sourround speakers as "B Speakers", or "A Speakers" ? - What is the best setting for the Sub Woofer ? - What is the best placement for the sourround speakers (height, behind or near my sofa...) ? Anyway, let me know how you setup your installation to get the best sound possible !!! Thank you in advance Elwood
