More weirdness: my S4i works with the iPad, but not my iPhone 3gs.

OK, the S4i does NOT work with my iPhone 3gs or 3g, but DOES work with my iPod Touch and my buddy's new iPhone 4. How do you explain that? Why should I think a replacement set will do anything else? I really want this set to work with my iPhone 3gs which is running the new iO4 software. Help anyone?!

I tried them with 2 other Iphones and they don't work with them either. I am going to try them on an ipod after work and see what happens.

I just opened my S4i headphones, and while they sound great, the buttons do not work. My Iphone 3gs is running the new iOS4 operating system. I am wondering if that could be the problem - did Klipsch account for that?
