.....well strike a light!

I tried to buy a remote control for a iGroove SXT in Australia and was unable to. Is there another option? My remote does not work properly and I had no response in waranty getting it replaced or fixed.....so I'm prepared to buy another one to see if it's better than mine but after reading this thread '' http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/130797/1329091.aspx '' ....I can see that everyone is having problems with their SXT remotes. Any solutions?

I just purchased an iGrove SXT and I find the volume buttons on the unit are hard to press to actually get some response......and the response is very vague....hardly effecting the volume at all. I find that I have to press the volume buttons so hard that my finger almost snaps off. Is there some way to rectify this? and also the buttons on the remote control are equally as bad.
