VERY NICE SETUP !! Dysmae you've done a great job!!

I have the RF7 II's and love them , Im sure your 7's sound great to with the DeanG mod . The 7's and 7II's are so well rounded they sound outstanding for HT and all types of music i've found since I enjoy a variety of music .I wonder how the RF-7 IIs sound compared to the original RF-7s. I have a pair with the DeanG mod. I noticed on the website that the crossover has been upgraded in the new model and the so have the drivers.

Hi Vic no I never owned a 64 before just the 64II but I believe the crossovers are different and slightly different drivers and I know there suppose to be timbre matched to the reference II series .

It was between Onkyo, Integra and Marantz. I demoed the Integra and choose that one and im very happy with this Pre/Pro . This is who makes the stand I bought http://www.woodtechnology.com/images/header.jpg

Yes that movie has some killer LFE and really suprised me and has since moved up into my Demo section !Elemental Designs A5-350s. Twin 15s, 1000 watts total power. I like em so far. Didnt have much time to play with them, but got a couple scenes ran through them tonight and all I can say is WOW. i played my little boy's DVD of How to Train Your Dragon and this movie has alot of deep bass. Scene 15 at 1:21, the big dragon scene is great.

Thanks But you must have me confused with another member .the factor,
i am very jealous of your room, lol. but really great job. how much of it did you do yourself? was the room already finished?
-
Love SVS !! Congrats on the new toys !!Gotta love the finish they put on those eD subs. I had an A3-250 for a short time, but returned it.
It's been awhile since I've updated my pics, but some has changed on my setup. I was gone for a few months. so I didn't get as much done as I would have liked. I'm currently staining the equipment rack and making fabric panels for the front wall.
I also got two new packages what required some lifting! I couldn't sand the port chuffing and plastic creaking from the RW-12'd subs anymore.

SWEET SETUP !!!My setup is more a studio than a home theater but hey, same thing, right? Anyways here it is.
This is where I work on movies, radio shows, scoring, and mixing. It all happens right here. My current setup is due for an update though. I have a 5 year old iMac (intel core 2), but it serves me well. Those speakers glowing green are my 5.1 monitors, I use those mainly for scoring and video post production. I have a 2.1 for mixing radio and projects that only require stereo. The red cube thing is a frosted glass lamp that I got from ikea (they have the coolest lights there) as well as the LED to light my speakers. Here is some technical info.
Speakers: Klipsch pro media ultra 5.1
Klipsch THX ultra 2.1
Klipsch sub 12
Frequency response 25-20K

Ok i'd like to go to 7.1 adding 2 Emo UPA-1's and some RS62II or 52's but no rush im totally happy with my 5.1 setup . So next on my list is spinning some vinyl so a turntable with a nice cartidge and some new albums .HEY MAN WHAT MORE CAN YOU ADD TO YOUR SYSTEM PLEASE IM DYING TO KNOW

Hey Buddy glad to see you around and glad you stopped by ! Yes im done upgrading for the year [] Thanks man im very much enjoying it. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas : )
-
LOL But thanks For the kind works Mike , im just kicking back listening to some smooth jazz and really enjoying the results of the puzzle finaly fitting together . But I think im going to finish off a bluray I started last night Scott pilgrim vs The World . I watched The Sorcercers Apprentice the other day and liked that much better .
-
Here you go Mike I upgraded my pics just for you[] without the Bright windows badge on it []Sounds like you're happy. I take it you don't find it as bright as the pio sound?... Any chance you can take that "bright" windows badge of the front?..haha
-
Oh for sure im definately happy !! Yes the Pioneer was way brighter , this Integra is very smooth and yet amazingly detailed I think my Klipsch setup and the Integra really compliment each other . Im watching survivor on my Direct tv satallite and it sounds as good or better then my blurays did [] The sound stage seems way more spread out or seperated and just crystal clear. Even my rear speakers sound better and as far as the" bright" window badge lol Yes it will go away soon []Sounds like you're happy. I take it you don't find it as bright as the pio sound?... Any chance you can take that "bright" windows badge of the front?..haha
