I bought Klipsch Image S2m earphone. The problem I am having is that when it is plugged in to my laptop, the volume is very low and all sound detail do not come through unless I press and hold the in-line microphone button. It is when I press and hold the in-line microphone button then the volume and sounds become normal and all sounds come through to the earphones. When I plug it in my desktop computer, however there is no issue. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? My laptop is Windows 7 home premium 64bit, Core i3 350M 2.26Gh, 2 GB DDR3, 320 GB hard drive. My desktop is Windows XP Home, Core E520 2.5 Ghz, 2GB DDR2, Seagate 320 GB hard drive. Thanks in advance.

I am having a problem with my Image S2m headphone+microphone. When I play music in iTunes and Media Player on my laptop, all sound doesn't come through to the earphones. It is when I press and hold the in-line microphone button that I can hear all sound. When I play the movie AVATAR on my laptop in iTunes for example, the narrative and people's voice I can not hear. Other background sounds I can hear. It is same when I play music. Singers' voices sound so far away. I can bearly hear them. I can hear them but not all the volume. It is when I press and hold the button that I can hear all volume. I don't think it is the headphone that is causing it because when I played same music and movies on my desktop computer, I could hear everything. When I play same music and movies on my desktop computer, low volume is not an issue. And I can hear all sound.
