I have a new KSW-12 that I would like to connect to a Sony STR-DE945 receiver. The usage of my system is approximately as follows: 20% home theater (half DBS movies, half DVD movies) 20% music CDs 60% standard DBS programming (mostly sports) My understanding is that there are a multitude of ways to connect the sub, but before I start buying cables/speaker wire that I may or may not need, I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. I would like to route as much bass to the sub as possible for my standard DBS usage (e.g. not use the sub exclusively for home theater). I hope some of this makes sense, as my knowledge on this subject is obviously very minimal. Any assistance, in the most basic language possible, would be greatly appreciated.
