20.00 doesnt sound bad at all. But what are they charging for shipping. I was in the process of ordering 4 speaker grills for my 5.1. $1.80 each. Not bad at all. Except total cost with shipping was over 30.00. They get you on the shipping.

Its most likely your amp. Not your controller. Klipsch dont fix no more. They send you to Sybesma. They quoted me a flat rate of 150.00 to fix amp.. And that was a year ago. Someone here said recently they want 180.00 now. There'a a few people here that supposedly fix them. But their rates are high too.. In my opinion, you're better off buying a complete used system for about the same price either from ebay or Craigs list.,
