  1. A local Chain here that sells Klipsch had your exact set-up in a listening room of it's own. It was a very nice package. They sell the whole kit with the 3801 for $2700. Was nice to hear it all by itself.
  2. Thanks, My RC3 arrived but I took your advice to go with the C-7 after listening to it again at the store with a Denon 3801 and a pair of KLF-20's. Still debating receivors. It's Between the Denon 3801, Or Yamaha RX-V1000, or RX-V3000. Any suggestions?
  3. My x-wife got the Heresy's. A small price to pay to keep the Belle's. Though I wish I had been able to get the Heresy's also. Sigh! They were a matching set, both Walnut oil. This message has been edited by graymark on 06-02-2001 at 12:01 AM
  4. The Pantone Number is not going to get you the color match. Take the seaker to your local Automotive paint store to see if they can match. I personally would try a spray can because that copper color you would need will have a very fine metallic in it usualy only found in a rattle can.
  5. I had the same problem and I live near the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. There were only 2 dealers active out of 4 in the area that actually had inventory. One is a chain, Good Guys (yuck!) and the other was an appliance store that also has TV's and Klipsch. They did not even have the speakers wired for sound! They hooked up an RC-3 and a KLF-C7 so I could here them.(Caston's)I bought an RC-3(not in stock, still waiting a month later for the truck to arrive)a pair of RCW-5's and a KSW-15 sub. Still have not heard them yet! Thank God for the dealer locator on the site. I have had a pair of Belle's and Heresy's since '79 or so.
  6. Have a pair of Belle's that are going to be front channels flanking a 65" mitsubishi wide screen. I have purchased an RC3 center and RCW-5's for the rear, and a KSW-15 sub woofer. The room is 19'x19'. How do you think this will sound? I'm not sure where to place the rears, side walls or rear walls. I have not received the RC-3 center from vender yet. Would the KLF-C7 be a better choice?(It's in stock) Also There is a fireplace next to TV, so TV is slightly off center. No way to use another Belle for the center.
