I put the jumpers on and still have no sound. Do the cables going into the reciever from the TV look correct?

I do have those things. The way the I read the manual, I thought that I was suppose to remove them if my speaker wires were bare wires.? Should I put those back on even if, my connections are just bare wires?

Hey YM, I had the speakers in the sorround spot on the reciever. is that where I made my mistake? switching them now.

I have heresy III's and I don't know where to plug them into my receiver or if I have the cable plugged into the correct spot from TV/Reciever. Don't laugh, I'm a girl ;-)
