  1. I have S4s. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to reduce the accoustic noise that come from the cord brushing up against me or my jacket when I walk? It's starting to drive me nuts. If this has been previously discussed into the ground, I'm sorry - I don't even know how to describe this well enough to search. Or, is just the way things are. Thanks.
  2. I thought the over-the-ear deal was for a better seal. So I'll give it a shot. And thanks for the tip.
  3. The phones are great, but the amplified noise that comes through when the cords move around drives me nuts. You can also hear it if you just tap the cords. It's particularly the sections from the buds to where they are joined. It makes them not suitable for anything that involves movement, which is disappointing. Anyone have any success and tips about how to reduce this? I'd appreciate it.
  4. I just had to exchange my S4s for a new pair because the cable going into the right phone got loose and was sliding around. Can someone tell me if it's bad to just let the phones drape over something instead of wrapping the cable around something? I'm on an anti-kink campaign and that draping has turned out to be my solution. Unless I'm doing something bad.
  5. Appreciate the response Amy. I remember reading grumbling about the previous plug when I bought my first pair. Nice to meet a company that listens to its customers.
  6. I had to buy a new pair of S4s (old ones were better headphones than tortillas []). The ones Ijust got have a straight jack plug, not the ell that the previous one had. Did Klipsch do a modify? Or have I gotten hosed? Hope someone can help. Thanks.
  7. So I have been futzing with my new S4s for the past few weeks and following folks advice around here and I can honestly say that I have ocassionally reached audio nirvana. With a little bit of messing around I can find the 'perfect' fit using one of the ear pieces. It's almost like the bass goes up 20% immediately. Unfortunately, it lasts until I move my head, bend over, chew gum, or anything like that. Don't even think about exercise. So my question is, am I doing something wrong? Or is that just the way it is? Thanks.
