I, too, have had Promedia 5.1 Ultra Sub Amp go into low hum (like a bad ground or reversed +/- (a distinct possibility). and I'm feel especially computer illiterate attempting to "find Henry" using the above link. (Had copied the underlined and pasted into address line of IE) Anyone out there have a more direct/or old fashioned way to reach him?
