Thanks for the reply. Took the unit back and exchanged it, now no buzz!!

When I plug my sub in (no speakers attached) there is a very noticable buzz and hum coming from the box. I have tried plugging it into various outlets around the house and into a couple of different surge suppressors and I get the same noise. I assume that maybe I got a bad unit (just purchased the system a couple of days ago). Any ideas?
