  1. Sweet..... this is very helpful.
  2. At the moment I have the THX Monster sub cable plugged into the LFE. It did come with a "Y" splitter. Should I use that and plug into both left & right on the LFE?? As for the crossover, you are saying to set it to "Bypass" and use the receiver to decide the crossover? I read in my receiver manual about that and they called it "cradling". Thanks for having patience with me.....new to the powered SW and just trying to get the best sound for the money I spent on all this. LOL
  3. Thanks for the advice. I ran the YPAO yesterday and it seemed to really help with the Quintets. My question to you, on the back of my SW I have the volume at set mid way between half and full. On what I believe is the crossover, it ranges from "bypass" to 40hrz. At the moment I have it set at 80 hrz. The phase is at zero. Does this seem correct?????? Todd
  4. I just bought a SW 450, with a Klipsch Quintet surround speakers to go with my Yamaha RX-V467 Home theatre system. Would like some input as to what is the best setup for my sub. Settings????? etc..... Todd
