I just joined here because I'm having the exact same problem with my s4's. every few seconds I'll get a shock through the right earbud, on the side of klipsch logo. very strange. it's interesting that this is one of the hottest topics on this forum. I'm going to call customer service tomorrow and see what's up with this.
