KXklipsch

I purchases the Klipsch ProMedia 4.1 speakers from Klipsch.com when they were first released. That was a while ago. Well recently I've been having snap, crackle, pop noises come from my speakers. They are very annoying and happen often. Also my sub used to just be warm to the touch, now it is burning hot. Should I try to get my speakers replaced ? If so how can I go about doing so ?
