  1. Watched the last air bender tonight. Pretty good sound for a family film.

I actually heard that move was horrible. What is your opinion?

I watched that with with the family as well and we all enjoyed it. I wathched TRON again and the sound on that movie is pretty darn good. Image as well.
  2. my living room is beside an eating area so the total of the 2 room's is about 16"x 30 . So i can really crank the sound up, and the RF 7II have no problem with filling the 2 rooms up. I would'nt suggest to going in the living room though, way too loud.

  3. Hey Jason you already have the RC64II , so why not spend the extra cash now for the RF7II's and have a matching set. And down the road when you upgrade your system you wont need to buy bigger speakers cause you'll have them already. The RF 7II's are amazing , i watch mainly movies and abit of stereo. I live in Canada and the RF 7II's were more then 3000 $ for me . You wont regret your purchase.

  4. Still looking larbo, still looking. Running 2.1 with my sub right now using 2 marantz ma500 monoblock amplifiers. It sounds great but i have that rc-64ii sitting there just staring me down

Well good luck with your search and good luck with the internship. As for the RC64II i will gladly take it of your hands. LOL. no but seriously.[;)]
  5. Nah go ahead and get another set of 7 IIs! Enjoy them enough for the both of us. I don't have the room for another set of 7s but I may be able to swing a set of 62s or 82s as surrounds to replace my 61s.....

I would like to get the rc 64II first. Missing alot of sound from my current center.

  6. Browning must be like one seemless wall of sound. MMM..makes you think , maybe your on to something. I posted pics in the "lets see YOUR hometheater thread.

Like i said WALL OF SOUND... sounds good to me
  7. My room is 13'x19' with a 103" screen. If my room was just a few feet wider, I would have went with a 110", possibly a 120" screen.

I bought my 3000u for $2500, I believe the 4000u is selling in the US for around $2000.

Is 103" a good size? I just thought 120" was a good size, i have know idea. Dont even know how much wall space i would need for 120". How much space does 103 take up? How high and how long? Your screen looks like a real good size.Maybe i dont need 120.
