No they are brand new and sweet. However I would like to know where I stand in the event they do. I came to do some reading on my lovely acquisition including warranty and saw that I must "keep my receipt", which I don't have, since it was a gift. I would love it if I could just keep the UPC code or know the serial.

I was given a pair of x10i's as a gift. I just read on Klipsch.com that they won't honor the warranty without a purchase. I may not be able to get a receipt! Are they real sticklers about it? I did register on the site with the serial on the box.
