  1. I think the biggest difference would be the woofer size is larger than the rf-63's, so bass being the biggest difference, but the rf-63's get plenty of low end if you are crossed over at around 80hz. Those dual SVS subs you have give you more than enough bass. 2 channel music is another story of course.

  2. Upgrading from the Quintet ll, which I absolutely LOVE. I just couldn't resist, they were on eBay in like new condition, in the box for under $200. These are from the Reference Cinema 6, just without the sub. And for a sub, I bought the BIC PL-200, which is said to be extremely powerful - will also be using a Klipsch KSW-10 with it for more "mid" bass.

So excited to finally join the Reference family!! :D

  3. Seeing as it's ok to mix and match subwoofer brands, I would recommend the BIC pl-200. I just ordered one recently, what a FANTASTIC sub, good lord this thing hits LOW and it hits HARD!

And I gotta disagree with the other posts, the RW12d was my other option, it is a fantastic sub. Even though it's not quite up to the RSW level, it would add a lot of spl and allow for higher sound levels at lower frequencies, not to mention smooth out room response. I'd go for it.
