Where can I get speaker brackets to mount the Klipsch SS-1's on my wall?

I also have my playstation 2 hooked up to the receiver via the optical port. In Dolby Pro Logic II the front left and right speakers do admit sound. Why does only the TV connection not output to the front left and right speakers in this mode?

I have my TV's two RCA audio out channels hooked up to the TV/DBS RCA audio in connections on the receiver.

My Denon AVR 1802 receiver combined with my Klipsch SC-1 and SF-2 speakers in Dolby Pro Logic II mode while watching TV only outputs to the center channel. Why is this happening? My SS-1 and KSW-12 have not arrived yet. Will having them plugged in make the front left and front right speakers work in this mode. In all other modes the speakers work properly.

Will RCA connectors also work?

Will gold pin connectors connect to both a Denon 1802 receiver and Klipsch SS-1 speakers?

What type of connections do the SF-2 SC-1 SS-1 KSW-12 speakers have for connecting to a receiver?

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am specifically trying to decide between the AVR-2801 and the AVR-1802.

Which Denon receiver is better for my upcoming Klipsch SF-2 SC-1 SS-1 KSW-12 system. The price difference is not an issue. Any response on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
