HI I just wired up a new 9pin din and din cable (spliced wires using the attached pin charts from the manufacturer and 2 diagrams I got on this forum but still get no power. Before my pins got buggered it was working fine. So I figured just replacing the plug would work - but the dock wont even light up I followed the chart and when that didnt work i reversed it incase my mistake was with the view but still no power- any suggestions could i have blown someting? is there something with the grounds im not doing? Please check the attached illustrations and let me know if you see the problem thanks in advance I spliced Red din cable to Yellow dock cable White din cable to Orange dock Black din cable to Black dock Brown din cable to Brown dock Orange din cable to Green dock yellow din cable to White dock cable Green din cable to Red dock Blue din cable to Black dock Purple din cable to Blue dock And then tried Red din cable to Orange dock cable White din cable to Yellow dock Black din cable to Green dock Brown din cable to Blue dock Orange din cable to Black dock yellow din cable to Black dock cable Green din cable to Red dock Blue din cable to white dock Purple din cable to Brown dock
