I know how you feel, to be honest i dont understand why they dont make sure the speakers work before they ship them out.

I am currently waiting for my 2nd set of 4.1's. (The first ones were defective.) But i have noticed that people in Canada are having the majority of the problems. I wonder why that could be. well it was just an observation eh

is it a hiss or a static? Cause i had the same problem. Also do yu have the 4.1 or the v400. Let me know

It could be a number of things. What do You use to play music etc. Mkae sure teh main volume is up. Also check the main sound in teh computer. Start Programs Accesories Entertainment Volume control. If its not that make sure your speakers are hooked up correctly. I hope this helps

I have the Promedia 4.1. when i move the main pod i hear a loose piece inside thats moving and sounds like its causing distortion in the main pod. How do I goign about exchging for a nondefective pod. I have only had teh speakers for a week. PLease Help. THIS IS ALL AFTER GETTING A NEW SOUNDCARD!! GRRRRR

lol, i just installed a new card, everything seems to be ok no, my only thing is that little piece tha seems loose in the main pod. Ill try the creative card, if it wors ill retn that card. what u think is broken in teh pod?

lol, sorry dude i think its your creative sound ar, tehy tend to let off a scrachy sound. Read my post i have your problem but worse. mine is teh one that says please help. It might help you out

i have had nothing but trouble with creative sound cards. That could also be your problem

Well the reason i dont want to contact creative is because i know that they aer just goign to say send us the card, but if all of those cards do this then whats teh point. If u want to contact them and see what they say taht would be cool. I figure its a wazste of time but if you think it would help, go for it.

i think you still have a warranty but i dotn work for klipsch, i would just email tehm. But im almost positive you still have a warrenty.

YEs finally, someone who understands lol... yeah u notice the static MOSTLY in the front left. I swithced it with a rear one and it was still coming mostly from teh front left, so it must be the soundcard. so radio i feel your pain man! I ORDERED A NEW SOUNDCARD, if it doesnt work im gonna go ballistic. Im pissed at creative, and teh funny part is that 75% of my hardware is creative, go figure. I have a good friend who knows a lot ad he recomends the turtle beach santa cruz i ordered that.

Is it hot or jus warm, because i emailed amy and she told me that its normal for it to be warm, so if its just warm i wouldnt worry. I would email amy though, because im no xpert.

i did some more testing and found out that teh sound is good when there are only 2 speakers but when there are 4 its bad.. any ideas?

I just moved my soundcard its still staticy, THIS SOUNDCARD BLOWS!!!!! I guess ill go for the acoustic edge. Ill pray that that helps. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS I APPRECIATE IT :-)
